Over the last 10 years I have supported individuals in navigating their mental health conditions, difficult life circumstances, and complex issues within the education, health, and legal systems. As a therapist, I have extensive experience working with students, adults, and the LGBTQ+ community.
Challenges like anxiety, family conflict, addiction, or major life transitions can be deeply overwhelming and isolating. Let’s work together to build resilience, motivation, self-esteem, and coping skills by unpacking past experiences, examining current factors, and finding a healthy path forward.
During sessions you can expect me to use evidence-based methods to challenge your assumptions, provide psychoeducation, give active feedback, and facilitate reflection. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where the knowledge you bring about your life, goals, and inner self is just as important as my clinical skills. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, trauma-informed environment for you to process, reflect, and grow on your own terms.
To better meet your needs, I offer virtual, walk-and-talk, and in-office appointments. In-person services are based in the West end of Toronto and virtual services are available throughout Ontario.
