Our approach to individual therapy is based on helping individuals to make real change in their lives. We know that you are struggling, and that it is a big step to seek help. We want to make sure that in seeking help, you find real change in your life and learn useful skills for making these changes. Because of this, our therapeutic style focuses on actively noticing patterns and behaviours that get you stuck, and working through these difficulties to move you in a direction that is meaningful to you.
We strive to take an active approach to therapy focused on bringing you closer to your best self through values identification, goal-setting, and mindfulness practice, among others.
Location
Roots in Wellness operates both virtually and in-person. Our virtual therapists are located in Ontario and Newfoundland, providing service to clients in those areas.
