Relationship Therapy

RELATIONSHIP THERAPY

At Roots in Wellness, we value relationships of all types, and are not constrained by heteronormativity or mononormativity. As experts in the field of sexuality and gender, and advocates for people and relationships of all shapes and sizes, we pride ourselves on offering a safe space to explore your identity within your relationship(s).

Everyone is deserving of a strong and fulfilling relationship. Are you and your partner(s) struggling to manage conflict, communicate effectively? Are you wanting to strengthen your connection and enhance friendships and intimacy? If so, we can help support you.

Using emotion-focused and acceptance-based approaches we aim to support partners in gaining the awareness of who they are as individuals, learn how to manage conflict, strengthen friendship, and deepen intimacy. We aim to create a safe, affirmative, non-judgemental, and compassionate space for partners with any relationship style or identity to share, explore, and grow.

We work alongside partners to help them identify what isn’t working, what does work, and how to go after co-created goals together. Together we will work towards building a strong relationship unit filled with friendship, shared meaning, trust, and commitment.
