We are proud to offer low cost therapy, as we believe that finances shouldn’t prevent you from accessing help when you need it.

Roots in Wellness prides itself on being an inclusive, open, and safe environment for all to explore their concerns and improve their quality of life. Our practitioners are Registered Psychotherapists or interns supervised by Registered Psychotherapists who specialize in a multitude of issues, including relationships, parenting, LGBTQ+, stress, and trauma.

Affordable therapy rates starting from as low as $30/session based on financial need. We also have limited pro-bono spots available for those in need.
