Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when your’re carrying stress, uncertainty, or emotional pain on your own. Therapy offers a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to understand yourself more deeply. I work with individuals who may be feeling stuck navigating life transitions, managing anxiety, or coping with different experiences. Together, we create a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and patterns while building tools that support healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

I believe that meaningful change begins when people feel safe enough to be themselves. Seeking support can be a vulnerable step, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to reach out. My role is to meet you where you are, listen with empathy and support you as you navigate your journey.

Therapy is not about “fixing” you – it’s about helping you reconnnect with your strengths, understand your experiences and creat a space for healing and growth.

About Me

I understand how difficult it can be to navigate life’s stresses, relationship issues, and the unique challenges that come with complex identities and chronic conditions. Diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis at age 12, I have firsthand experience with chronic pain and the mental health challenges it can bring. This perspective has deepened my empathy and drives me to offer supportive, compassionate care to those facing similar struggles.

As a mixed-racial woman, my journey of finding belonging has shaped my commitment to creating a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive space where everyone feels safe and welcome. I understand the complexities of navigating racial identity, cultural differences, and the unique
challenges that can arise within relationships when these intersecting identities are involved. My goal is to support both individuals and couples as they explore these experiences, helping them find understanding, resilience, and positive ways to communicate and connect.

When I’m not working, I recharge through daily walks with my husky/shepherd mix, climbing at the gym, practicing yoga, or hosting paint nights with friends and family. If you’re ready to take steps toward positive change, I’d be honored to support you. I offer free 15-minute consultations and am currently accepting clients for virtual, phone, and walk-and-talk
sessions. Please feel free to reach out—I’m here to help.

Professional Background

I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, emotional stress, and personal transitions. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure. Creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment is central to the work I do with clients.

I believe that every person has strengths and resilience within them, even during the most difficult times. My role is to walk alongside you in your journey, helping you gain insight, reconnect with those strengths, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe to be open, honest, and fully yourself. So, if you’re considering therapy or exploring your options, I’m so happy you’re here!
