Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Have you been feeling sad, anxious, or stressed out? Whether you have a mental health diagnosis or are simply feeling stuck, we can help!

Our approach to therapy is based on helping individuals to make real change in their lives. We know that you are struggling, and that it is a big step to seek help.  We want to make sure that in seeking help, you find real change in your life and learn useful skills for making these changes. Because of this, our therapeutic style focuses on actively noticing patterns and behaviours that get you stuck, and working through these difficulties to move you in a direction that is meaningful to you.

We strive to take an active approach to therapy focused on bringing you closer to your best self through values identification, goal-setting, and mindfulness practice, among others.

Our goal is to provide you with support and the skills that you can use to reach your full potential and live the life you want. We utilize client-centered, integrative therapy, as we believe that there is a different fit for each and every individual.
