Life can often become overwhelming as we find ourselves caught up in a relentless juggling act.
Balancing the demands of work, relationships, and personal responsibilities can leave us with limited
time for self-care and inner harmony. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, or relationship challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Together, we honor every aspect of
your identity and experiences as we navigate this mental health journey.

I am committed to creating a non-judgmental and confidential space where you can freely express
yourself and be heard. I believe in working as a team, always keeping in mind that you are the expert of
your own life. In this collaborative process, I see myself taking on the role of a skilled and dedicated
partner, drawing upon my education, experience, and resources to empower and support you. Together, we can work towards your goals.

I understand that taking the first step can feel daunting. If you’re seeking positive change and renewed purpose, I’m here to join you on this journey. Let’s connect, navigate challenges, strengthen connections, and achieve personal growth together. I offer a free 15-minute consultation where you can share your concerns and assess our fit.

My approach is one of empathy, warmth, and compassion. I practice in a holistic manner, tailoring therapy to the individual or couple’s specific needs.

Professional Background

I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Akron (Ohio, USA) and a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Jadavpur University (Kolkata, India). Additionally, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have completed training in Anxious Grief, CBT and Anxiety along with Gottman Level 1 Training in Couples Therapy. My area of focus is Anxiety and Couples Therapy. My main therapeutic approaches include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Methods Couples Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

On a Personal Noteā€¦

Outside of therapy, I find joy in cherished moments with friends, nurturing meaningful connections that
bring laughter and support. I also love to explore new places as traveling fuels my sense of adventure,
immersing me in diverse cultures and creating lasting memories that shape my perspective. During my free time, you will usually find me cozied up on my couch with a warm blanket. I enjoy binge-watching captivating TV shows or my favorite sitcoms.

When I reflect on my own journey to becoming a psychotherapist, it is rooted in my personal challenges and struggles while growing up. I understand firsthand the difficulties that come with bringing about change in our lives, even when it is for the better. It is my genuine desire to help others navigate their own journeys of self-discovery, growth, and transformation.

If you are seeking support and guidance along your own path, I invite you to reach out for a
complimentary consultation. This initial meeting will give us the opportunity to determine if we are a
good fit. I am here to provide a safe and compassionate space for you to share your story and work towards the positive change you desire.
