Do you ever feel “stuck” in your thoughts and feelings and sometimes feel unsure how to move forward? Experiencing challenging emotions, behaviours, and difficult situations in life can be tough to navigate on your own and can sometimes lead you to feel unsure of how to move forward. Whether you are new to therapy or not, I am proud of you for taking this step in bettering your mental health and wellness! Together we can increase self-awareness, emotional stability and healthy coping skills to move forward in the right direction.

I lead with empathy and compassion to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for you to explore any concerns you would like to address. I use a collaborative approach during each session to ensure you feel heard and understood. I truly believe you are the expert of your own experience and the master of your self!

While my work stems from various frameworks, our work together would be specific to your needs and your unique experience. Therapy can be intimidating at first, but you don’t have to face it alone. Let’s take the first step to help you connect to your inner strength to create a healthy and well-balanced life!

Professional Background

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I currently possess an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Youth Care from Humber College.

I have years’ experience working in mental health, counselling individuals who are in crisis, experiencing anxiety, depression, and many other life stressors. I have worked with a range of mood and personality disorders in the past and am passionate in helping individual throughout their journey to healing. I accept clients from all sexual, gender, and cultural identities in a safe and welcoming environment. I specialize in stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, peer relationships, and boundaries with individuals.

On a Personal Note…

I have a deep passion for being outdoors, especially with my husky! No matter what the weather is, I love to explore nature through hiking, snowboarding, hiking mountains or simply being by the water. I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, and occasionally reading a good book. I also love to travel whenever I get the chance.

I am personally happy to offer a free 15-minute phone consultation with you to offer more information regarding my services and to see if we are a good fit together!
