At Roots in Wellness, we are proud to offer low-cost therapy through our affordable therapy program, as we believe that finances shouldn’t prevent you from accessing help when you need it.Â
Our team consists of Registered Psychotherapists or interns supervised by Registered Psychotherapists who specialize in a multitude of issues, including relationships, parenting, LGBTQ+, stress, and trauma.

Affordable therapy rates are $90, with sliding scale available based on financial need. We also have limited pro-bono spots available for those in need.
