“I encourage you to explore my page and see if anything resonates with you. If it does, this could be a positive sign that we may be a good fit for therapy together.”

Maybe you’re wondering, ‘How do I know if I’m in the right relationship?’ or ‘Why do I feel anxious even when things seem to be going well?’ Perhaps you’re trying to make sense of your identity, or feel stuck in patterns of negative thinking that you just can’t shake. These are tough questions, but they’re the ones that often bring us to therapy. If any of this resonates with you, I might be the right fit to help you explore and navigate some of these challenges, and more.

As an integrative therapist, I blend experiential parts work (IFS) with practical cognitive-behavioural strategies (like Exposure and Response Prevention, or ERP), ensuring our work together is both deep and actionable. My focus is on creating balance, reducing inner conflict, and fostering self-compassion by exploring the different parts of you that may have conflicting agendas. Whether you’re struggling with relationship anxiety, obsessive thoughts, or navigating interpersonal challenges, my goal is to provide a space where you can better understand yourself and move toward healing. I’ll be the skilled and dedicated collaborator that helps untangle some of the internal chaos you might be experiencing.

I am committed to finding the approach that best suits your unique needs. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, inclusive, and rooted in respect for all identities. I want the parts of you that feel important to share to be witnessed and embraced in the therapy space we co-create.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Before moving into private practice, I worked in community mental health and case management, where I gained invaluable experience working with a wide range of challenges. Outside of counselling, I love spending time in nature—whether it’s tree bathing or being near water. I also enjoy curling up with a good book or documentary and a hot cup of tea. I have a dog that I adore, and if you’re attending virtual sessions from home, yours is welcome (and encouraged) to join us. I try to live my life with intentionality and find joy in small moments, a philosophy that echoes my therapeutic approach.

I feel deeply privileged to hold space for others’ stories, and I take the responsibility of being a psychotherapist very seriously. I am currently practicing virtually with clients across Ontario. Let’s connect for a consultation (at no charge) to see if we’re a good fit.
