“I work with people who have big hearts and busy minds. The ones who think deeply, feel deeply, and often question if you’re lovable or enough. Our work invites compassion toward the parts of you that have never felt quite ‘enough’.”

“Your sensitivity is something to explore and honour, not hide or fix. Our work isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about creating space to understand and care for yourself with more kindness.”
My style is warm, collaborative, and flexible. I don’t expect you to show up in a certain way. We can start wherever you are and go at a pace that feels manageable. I focus on what feels helpful for you specifically, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Sessions tend to be practical, supportive, and grounded in what actually makes a difference in your day-to-day life.
The approaches I draw from most include:
- Person-Centred Therapy
- ACT
- Inner Child Work
- Trauma-Focused CBT
- Gottman (relationshp therapy)
My work focuses on supporting adults who want to explore perfectionism, self-worth, and deep emotional experiences. Many of my clients are late-identified or self-identified neurodivergent, new parents (including neurodivergent parents), or people navigating complex trauma.
A lot of our work touches the same underlying question: “am I enough?” We often explore how the nervous system, unmet needs, and long-term patterns of adaptation have shaped that question.
I take a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approach that centres each person’s lived experience.
Background & Continuing Education:
- Masters of arts in Counselling Psychology
- Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
- Bachelor of Child and Youth Care
- Registered Early Childhood Educator
- CAPPA Postpartum Doula Training Certificate
- ACT for Trauma (Psychwire)
- LGBTQIAS2+ Specialist Training Course: Revolutionary Approaches to Inclusive Mental Health (PESI)
- Not Just Surviving, but Thriving with Autism (PESI).
During my teenage years, I began seeing a therapist for the first time. Although it felt a little nerve-wracking at the start, the experience deeply impacted me. I aim to bring a steady, welcoming presence into the therapy space, especially for those who may feel uncertain about beginning therapy.
My work with neurodivergent clients is informed by both personal and professional experience.
Outside of work, I spend time with my wife and child, and enjoy yoga and songwriting.
I offer free 15-minute consultations and provide virtual and phone therapy across Ontario
