Professional Background
I completed my Social Services Worker diploma at Sheridan College and earned a bachelor’s degree from York University. I have completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
For the past 10 years, I have worked in primary care for a family health team, specializing in disciplines such as psychiatry and counseling. This experience has taught me the importance of addressing the whole person—considering mental, emotional, and physical health together—and how to develop individualized care plans that meet each client’s unique needs. I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges people face and the resilience they possess, which fuels my commitment to providing compassionate and effective support in therapy.

On A Personal Note
When I’m not in session, you’ll often find me spending time with my 4 dogs, chickens, and ducks—they always manage to brighten my day. Baking, travelling to explore new places, and curling up with a good book are some of my favourite ways to unwind. Family time is also something important to me, whether it’s playing board games, sharing meals, or simply being together. These moments are a reminder of the importance of connection and presence in our lives. This sense of balance and connection is something I strive to bring into my therapy practice, where I aim to create a supportive and nurturing space for clients to explore and grow.
